Water Program: 6k out of 8k technical rows with resistance - Did 4k in C1, 2k in C2.

Land Program: 6k run to holy light route.

The run felt refreshing. Thanks Cliff for the prep talk before it. I pushed to keep up with Kevin towards the end. =D Thanks Kev.

Capsizes: 3 times - once at 600m, twice more at 4.7km

Sore after gym training, felt shitty throughout, so much more painful than 22k tbh. And I freaking made a huge chip on the peisheng! omfg, i'm sooo sorry....
