Note that the blog time states 13:01. But in reality, I'm blogging at 7.54PM. I simply am just too tired to blog. But the sheer thought of blogging made my massive thoughts and ideas spring up like pimples on Danial Pua's face...

Currently listening to the UK Top 20 though. And it's weird to know that the English has completely different tastes compared to Singaporeans. With only 5 to 7 songs with a common interests for both worlds, I find the countdown quite boring... =/

Saturday, I went for the Sec3 & JC1 AEP Tape Art Workshop held at Nanyang Junior College. Surprisingly I don't know how to get there. xD

On a random note, apparently, NYJC people gets mad whenever people mixed them up with NJC. =P Cuz NYJC = Nanyang JC and NJC = National JC .... Haha...

Met up with Li Zhi at Serangoon Stn at 8. He took the train. I took bus and alighted at the interchange. Walked to the MRT Passenger Counter to find out he was waiting for me at the Interchange Passenger Counter. =.=

He told me to wait as he went to pick me up at the MRT Stn. Then we realised we had to take the bus so we had to walk back to the Interchange. xD Haha...

With 15 mins left to spare to get to NYJC, we rushed to the interchange. Met JJ there too. He stupidly mistook NYJC for Serangoon JC. =.= Zzz...

Took 105 there and ended up being late for 10 mins. But I explained everything with my sprained ankle. =3 Haha.....

The workshop itself was quite impromptu la. At first the time given was from 9am to 1pm. Then change to 9am to 4pm. Then change to 8.15am to 3.30pm. =.= Zzz...

But throughout the day, we bonded with AEP Students from other schools and expressed ourselves though art in a unique form of medium; tape.

Basically, we had to beautifully tape these 4 glass panels in the NYJC Library with a certain theme; Colours Of The World. 4 glass panels per group and there were 18 groups in total.

In the end, we made a conclusion that NYJC simply wants us to showcase our artwork at their library for free.... xD

All the VS AEP student got split though. x.O I was grouped in the group with one HCI guy, one Nanyang Girl student, one NYJC girl, one NJC guy, one NJC (IP) girl and me... xP The NJC guy is damn f-ing tall la: 2.06cm! WTH?!

Our end product, not bad la. It's like a lava lamp, where bubbles of colours are slowly rising and 'popping' at the top, hence the colours will slowly diffuse and fill the world!

Not say other groups got quite nicer ones la. There's plenty of works based on the four seasons... then there's this one group which did this Photoshop CS4 work; which is super cool and all...

But our group never win anything...so suay... =(

Would have taken photo, but can't see much of the work, so no point....

Max apparently 'coped' some leftover tapes from the workshop. He was being all hiding-ish and all so he didn't notice that we used his bag as a rubbish bin for all our litters. xP

Lizhi: What if the infra-red detector detects Max's stolen tapes?
Danial: Then the librarian will say, "Pls empty your bag"
Qian Hao: Then all the rubbish will also come out. =P

Finish the thing around 3.30pm. Took 58 back to Serangoon Int. Joel and Li Zhi took the bus all the way to Pasir Ris... =P Then switched to 22 back home.

But suay suay la. Sleep in the bus. Then lazy to alight. So I took the bus all the way to Tampines... Zzzz...

To be honest, I actually went to NYJC with a not-so-prominent fever, but with all the air-con in the library and all the artsy-fartsy works, my fever rose... so by the time it ended, I was pretty hot. xD

So you could say that in the bus, I was too tired and fever-ish to alight at my stop, so I took it all the way to Tampines.... But the cool thing is that the bus captain is a chiong-ster who chionged past yellow/red lights all the way to Tampines.

Reached Tampines in 30 minutes [3.50 to 4.20] thanks to that chiong-ster BC... xP

Went to Ghuffran for my prayers. Almost got deaf there thanks to the highly amplifying echos that are present from the microphone.... x.O And with my fever and all, I almost died.....

Went to Tampines Mall, then White Sands, then East Point, in hopes of finding something special, but to no avail... =(

Slacked around East Point with a Freezy for a while before finally going home. xD Haha..

Woke up late this morning at 8.15am. My religious class starts at like 8... So I was late and stuff. My fever went down though after my slumber, so I felt better. =)

Reached there at 8.55am - 5 mins till the end of the first lesson. xD Haha.. missed loads of History stuff...

The usual lessons la. Boring, but I tried my best to stay awake. But the last lesson too boring that I listened to my MP3 half-eared and the old teacher didn't even notice... xP Wakaka...

Got bombarded with cold jokes by all 3 teachers of all 3 lessons... Haiz...

Then went to Bedok Town Center with Dad. And he nicely bought me 2 new specs!!! OMGWOWYAYTOTHEMAX!!! I'm so overjoyed that he agreed to buy me 2 new specs, even though my degree is relatively the same! =D!!!

Will be collecting both specs on Wed. Can't wait... and it only costed around $140 for 2 specs... xD

Helped him with grocery shopping since he's kind enough to buy me 2 new specs.. =3 Then whilst lining up for the cashier, there's this weird family in front of us who apparently was preparing for war since they bought like 2 sacks of rice, over 20 bags of fruits and vegetables and over 30 bags of miscellaneous items... O.O

Waited for over 20 min just for the line to move... Nabes...
