No more of this jabberwock. The bus screwed today's training BIG time. What shit company doesn't know how to differentiate 4.40 from 5.40. Like wtf? The worst part is that we still have to pay... Shitheads. The bus better not screw up for subsequent trainings.
Took a cab to macs at like 5 for water instead. Decided to use a boris instead cause the fast HC boris fella inspired me. Bad idea though, cause I ended up wasting my time in the water. Shitty strokes + failing to catch up to the HC rowers = PHAIL TRAINING imo.
Three things I need to focus on tmr: (1) Twist more; less biceps (2) Plunge; don't pull before proper set-up (3) Thrust hips forward, not to the right
I guess (1) and (2) are connected, i mean, since I'm too prone to using my biceps, I used it to pull too early before a proper set-up. As for (3), I guess it's because I changed to a boris, so the lack of footrest made me shift my weight/kick to a different (and wrong) area. The kick wasn't so much on my kneeling thigh, but it was more on the other leg, so my hip kinda pops out there during each phail kick. =/
I guess it wasn't such a bad training... I mean, if it wasn't for today, I wouldn't have figured these things out... Haha.
