I still cant stand the gp teacher. It's like she haven't fucked anyone before in her life so that why she's damn anal. She's scolding us for martin dickson's slack teaching and tried to save us by pressing the 'spam hw button'. She should just screw herself. Then again, it's probably her botox-ed face which is scaring everyone away. Eew. Seriously, her continuous smile can freak you out with her taut eyes staring at you. Maybe that's why she's adding her -t or -d at the end of her words....

Gym Training Log Program: 3 sets of 3 stations - bench press, bench pull, bicep curls
Anyways, gymmed after maths tut with Jarrod. Tbh, the gym was quite stupid lah. We were the least bit disciplined to try 12 reps to die because of training later so even with the heavy weights, we just did like 6 to 10 and stopped, and fucked it. =/ Oh wells. I cant say I can't complain too because I felt too old to be doing heavy weights after such a long break from it. Damn. 60kg bench press now feels like shitzles.
But I practically died in art after that lah. Felt damn sleepy and tired, and you cant sleep in a two-student classroom. It's damn obvious lah. Sianz. Asked Madam to go to the toilet to wash my face and she practically scolded me for 'disrupting her lessons' and such. Sianz....

Wtf? Training felt damn short and the whole 5k was shitty. In our efforts to stretch out further, we're stepping on the boat too much and and our recovery control went haywire. Damn. In short, it was a shitty training.
